Tender Gentle’s Instant Hot Compress helps soothe muscles and joints.
Whether from working out or injury, these heat packs can help with sore muscles, muscle spasms, and joint stiffness.
These instant heat packs are small (5″ x 9″), simply throw one in your bag for when you are on the go or traveling far distances.
To use, locate the fluid bubble inside and squeeze firmly to activate. Shake the pouch briefly to mix the contents and ensure even distribution. Once done, apply the pack to the required area.
The disposable heating pads should not be reused by reheating.
