What are the ingredients of the product, and is there any possibility of it causing an allergic reaction?

The main ingredients are hydrogel polymer,glycerin, and water. The product has been tested for irritation and sensitization per ISO 10993 standards, with results meeting safety criteria. It is not expected to cause allergic reactions under normal use

Is the product breathable, and could it delay wound healing?

The product has undergone breathability testing per EN 13726 standards, with a result of 3400g/m²·24h, meeting the standard. According to the moist healing theory, a moist wound environment supports healing.

The dressing tends to come off while sleeping. What can I do to prevent this?

We recommend using the Dimora Transparent Film Dressing in combination with this product. It helps prevent the dressing from coming off and provides an added waterproof layer for extra protection.

How should the hydrogel burn dressing be used properly?

When removing the hydrogel dressing from dry, non-oozing burn wounds, we recommend moistening the skin with saline or a wound cleansing solution first. This helps prevent skin damage when peeling off the dressing.
