Flents Protechs Quiet Time Foam...

Flents foam earplugs (purple) are a simple, high-value way to turn down noise for sleep, focus, travel, and loud environments, featuring an NRR of 33 (among the highest for foam) to significantly reduce sound, without promising complete silence. They’re especially popular for sleeping with a snoring partner, because they can noticeably muffle snoring and other steady background noise (fans, traffic, neighbors), while most people can still hear important sounds like an alarm at a lower volume (you may just want the alarm a bit louder). Fit matters: these are a cylindrical/barrel-shaped foam plug that many users with average-to-larger ear canals find secure and comfortable for all-night wear, but some shoppers with smaller ears report they feel too large or may slip out, proper insertion makes a big difference, so roll the plug into a tight, thin cylinder, pull your ear up and back, insert, and hold for 20–30 seconds while it expands to create a good seal. Although they’re designed as disposable, many customers reuse each pair multiple times until the foam no longer compresses/expands well or feels less effective, which can make any size pack last for months, depending on your routine and hygiene preferences. They’re also Made in the USA, and while most users have no issues, a few mention a temporary chemical/plastic smell when first opened (airing out for a day often helps), as well as occasional batch-to-batch variation in foam density. As with any wearable product, discontinue use if you notice irritation or sensitivity.

HELPS REDUCE BACKGROUND NOISE: Designed to dampen everyday noise such as conversation, traffic, and general background sound. Ideal for creating a quieter environment for focus or rest. Noise reduction performance varies by user, fit, and environment
HIGH NRR RATING: Features a tested Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 33 dB, measured under laboratory conditions. Real-world noise reduction depends on proper insertion, ear anatomy, and activity level
SOFT FOAM DESIGNED TO ADAPT TO MANY EAR SHAPES: Made from lightweight, slow recovery foam that expands to help create a seal inside the ear canal. Comfort and fit may vary between users, especially for extended wear or overnight use. Made without natural latex to ensure safety and comfort for those with latex allergies or sensitivities
BEST FOR LIGHT TO MODERATE NOISE SITUATIONS: Well-suited for work, studying, travel, and short-term noise exposure. May help with sleep in low to moderate noise environments, but is not recommended for active sleepers or frequent side sleepers due to natural movement while sleeping
PROPER INSERTION IS KEY FOR PERFORMANCE: For best results, roll the earplug tightly, insert fully into the ear canal, and allow up to 30 seconds to expand. Improper insertion can significantly reduce noise blocking effectiveness and fit. If you have a sensitive ear canal, start with shorter wear periods
